Christchurch Armageddon Expo postponed

28 Feb 11

The Christchurch Armageddon Expo, scheduled to take place on April 2nd and 3rd, has been postponed owing to the recent earthquake. A revised date for the event has not yet been announced.

"Obviously it is too early to make a decision on when and where we'll be able to hold the Christchurch event, but we'll be making that assessment when the time comes," said Bill Geradts, the organiser of the Armageddon Expo. "We are keen to be in our new home town again as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we'll be doing everything we can to help get the city back on its feet."

The Wellington leg of the expo is unaffected and will take place on April 9th and 10th as planned.
