Exciting Kingdom Hearts 3 news revealed at D23 Expo In Japan

Disney held its D23 Expo in Japan today and Square Enix shared lots of great new information about the highly anticipated RPG Kingdom Hearts 3.

The biggest announcement today is in regards to when we will finally know a release date for the game. Square Enix will announce a final release date for Kingdom Hearts 3 at E3 2018.

The release date will be announced five years after the game was first revealed back at E3 2013. Square Enix is expected to keep its 2018 release window with the game shipping out on PS4 and Xbox One.

Square Enix also released a new gameplay trailer revealing that Monsters Inc is a new world players can visit. Popular monsters Sulley and Mike Wazowski are in the game and even the main characters get an appearance change too.

The legendary Utada Hikaru is providing a new theme song called 'Oath/Don't Think Twice'. Gamers will know she provided the theme songs for the previous Kingdom Hearts games.

Anyway, you can watch the new trailer for the game down below. Hopefully the game does not disappoint as fans have been waiting for a proper sequel for 12 years now.
