Those that paid 500 points to download Nintendo's now-free Internet Channel for their Wii systems will be reimbursed with the offer of a free Nintendo Entertainment System Virtual Console title to the value of 500 points.

As reported by Game Console in early September, those who purchased the Internet Channel need only download the latest Wii system update, which includes changes to the Shop Channel. Once the download is complete, a button should appear onscreen saying "One Free Title".

The offer expires at midnight on December 31st.
