FYI, this story is more than a year old

HP has unveiled what it hails as a “revolutionary new category of web-enabled printing solutions” that offers a number of options that were previously unavailable in Asia Pacific.

According to the company its new ‘e-All-in-One’ printers are the first web and cloud-enabled printers in Asia Pacific that offer instant access to the internet without requiring a local proxy PC or web appliance.

The new range aims to make navigating through web content and printing easier for consumers and businesses.

“We are once again revolutionising printing to make web-empowered, cloud-enabled printing the new industry standard,” said Vyomesh Joshi, Executive VP, Imaging and Printing Group, HP. “We know that our customers want an easy way to print their content, anywhere, anytime. We’re making that a reality today by giving people the power to print from any web-connected device – smartphones, netbooks and more – to any printer in our portfolio above US$99.”
