Despite mixed reviews, the original Kane & Lynch featured an innovative multiplayer mode in Fragile Alliance. It was effectively a co-operative "bank heist" style mode with the individual players competing to earn the most money, resulting in backstabbing aplenty.

Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days is set to expand on this formula with the newly announced 'Undercover Cop' mode, which assigns one of up to eight players as a 'mole' at random. This adds a whole new level of paranoia to proceedings. Take a look at the following trailer to see the mode in action.
