Microsoft signs multi-year deal with Porsche to feature in Forza franchise
Thu, 13th Apr 2017
FYI, this story is more than a year old

Porsche and Microsoft have signed a multi-year deal so the car company can feature its cars in many Forza video games in the near future.  This deal will last for six years starting with new DLC that will be out for Forza Horizon 3. The new DLC is called the "Porsche Car Pack" and it includes an exciting line-up of the company's best automobiles.  The cars included in the pack are the "1960 718 RS 60, the 2016 911 GT3 RS, the 2016 Cayman GT4, the recently launched 2017 Panamera, and more" as announced in a press release.  It wasn't too long ago that Porsche entered an agreement with Sony as well for its  911 GT3 RS to feature in the upcoming Gran Turismo Sport video game too.  In either case, it's great to see Porsche being more open for its great list of cars to feature in video games. The company had an exclusive agreement with EA for many years which has since been expired.
