Leading global issuer processor, Paymentology, announced the appointment of Anna Porra as Chief Revenue Officer on 18th April 2024. Porra boasts significant card payments experience and a broad career in the finance industry that will be instrumental in accelerating Paymentology's global growth. Within her remit, she will be responsible for sales, marketing partnerships, and client success.

Anna Porra's appointment strengthens Paymentology’s leadership team further. She has previously held pivotal positions at companies such as Soldo, Marqeta, and Barclaycard, amassing an expansive background that takes in all aspects of cards programme management across bank, issuer processing, and fintech sectors. This knowledge places her in an ideal position to stimulate revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency at Paymentology.

Porra's role at Soldo, a London-based fintech scale-up, involved serving as Head of Market Development and Planning. Here, she devised and put into action far-reaching go-to-market strategies across several segments, fine-tuned a scalable and predictable sales engine to facilitate growth in key markets, and oversaw strategy and planning, revenue operations, and partnerships.

Prior to Soldo, Porra acted as the European Strategy Director at Marqeta. Here, she was instrumental in implementing strategic initiatives to grow the company's presence in principal European markets. Before Marqeta, Porra held a number of positions at Barclaycard, including Commercial Strategy Director, where she steered a dedicated team whose purpose was to comprehend corporate customer trends, requirements, and payment needs.
