PlayStation 4 console sells 30.2 million units worldwide

Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCE) has announced today that the PS4 console has sold over 30.2 million units worldwide.

30.2 million units were sold through to customers as of November 22nd, 2015. This figure is units sold to actual customers and not just the number of consoles shipped to retailers.

Thanks to the support of our partners, PS4 continues to be the premier platform for game and interactive entertainment innovation.”

The PS4 is now the fastest selling PlayStation console in history. The console will even further broaden its worldwide reach in the near future as its gaming portfolio and library continues to grow.
