Playstation All-Stars leaks characters files

29 Jul 12

Uncovered goodies include potential character lists, stages, lists of minions, items and game modes.

The first inklings of the leaks came through a few days ago on nerd-fest website Reddit, where a user posted multiple images of screenshots and claimed they were pictures of the game’s stages.

If you look here several of the images have been posted, including Sly Cooper, Loco Roco, Bioshock and Infamous-themed levels.

Although the images have not been confirmed as genuine yet, the pictures do look pretty legitimate – it’s a lot of effort to go to if it is an elaborate troll. All of the images posted so far have had the word ‘leak’ written across them about a million times.

A less convincing post, featuring the same ‘leak’ branding, detailed characters that would appear in the game. Once again, this is currently only rumoured.

The list in full includes Raiden (Metal Gear series), Dante (Devil May Cry), Heihachi (Tekken, already confirmed), Ratchet (Ratchet & Clank), Sackboy (Littlebigplanet), Spike (Ape Escape), Toro (Doko Demo Issyo, already confirmed), Sir Daniel Fortesque (Medievil), Jak (Jak & Daxter, already confirmed), Nariko (Heavenly Sword), Cole MacGrath (infamous, already confirmed).

If this is the case, then I’d officially like to call ‘I told you so’ rights in that I picked three, that’s right THREE of these characters before they had even been considered. Way back in like, May. Or something. They should really pay me more.

Take a look at the leaked images here and here and let us know what you think – is there truth behind these leaks? Or is someone having a well-earned laugh with the aid of extreme digital know-how? Let us know in the comments below.
