FYI, this story is more than a year old

WHAT IS IT? The long-awaited sequel to the much-loved 2007 hit. Portal 2 continues the story of Aperture Science several hundred years after the first game, and is set to introduce co-operative play. WHY SHOULD WE CARE? Portal, with its focus on puzzle solving instead of gunplay, was one of the most innovative first-person games in recent years. Given what was achieved with a small team of students, it is exciting to think of what Valve will achieve with a full team. The teaser videos of Portal 2's new scenery, plot, and gameplay mechanics promise more of what we know and love, but expanded in new and exciting ways. If you loved Portal (and really, who didn't?), this game is a must-play for 2011.
