FYI, this story is more than a year old

PikPok has just released a title for iPhone and iPod Touch called Fame, a rhythm-based music game based on the upcoming MGM feature film of the same name.

“This initiative leverages Sidhe’s established publishing capability into an exciting new area,” said Jos Ruffell, manager of the PikPok label. “With Fame for iPhone, we’re delivering the first licensed product in a portfolio that we are creating of both original and branded entertainment properties that are targeted at mainstream consumers.”

Fame will see players attempt to dance their way to breakaway success. Priced at NZ$4.19, Fame features multiple licensed songs to choose from and allows players to upload their scores to Facebook and Twitter.
