The story behind Jobs' 1985 Apple resignation

"I’m only 30 years old,” Steve Jobs once wrote in a letter to Apple’s board (and Newsweek), “and I want to have a chance to continue creating things. I know I’ve got at least one more great computer in me. And Apple is not going to give me a chance to do that.”

That’s a tiny clip from a fascinating article that's doing the online rounds which tells a great story behind Steve Jobs’ 1985 resignation from Apple.

The full article, which is well worth a read at any lunchtime, can be found here.
