Microsoft is experiencing an outage that has cut a small number of users from syncing their Outlook.com email accounts with their mobile devices.
According to the company's status dashboard (pictured), regarding Outlook.com, the site is "currently working to resolve issues syncing email with your mobile device."
Warning users, some 400 million of them, that they "might not be able to see all your email messages," Microsoft says a previous technological error with access to email has been restored, leaving just the mobile issue to solve.
“Microsoft is investigating an issue affecting a small number of customers’ access to some Outlook.com and SkyDrive experiences and we are working to restore full access to the services as quickly as possible,” a Microsoft spokesperson told VentureBeat.
