What's the greatest video game ending?
Last year’s Call of Duty: Black Ops has been named the computer game with the greatest ending in history by gaming fans voting in the Guinness World Records 2012 Gamer’s Edition.
2010’s Halo: Reach was in second place, followed by regular list-maker, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Other classics to make the 50-game list include Super Mario Bros at 11, Sonic the Hedgehog at 28 and Super Metroid at 42. Final Fantasy VII, perhaps the most frequently listed game of all time (is there a list for that?) was at number 9.
With other categories including Most Prolific FPS series (Battlefield) and Most Decorated Sports Franchise (SSX), the Guinness World Records 2012 Gamer’s Edition is sure to provoke all sorts of healthy, and perhaps not so healthy, debate.
