Activision unveils Blur MP beta trailer

Activision has released a trailer teasing the multiplayer component of its upcoming racer Blur in promotion of the game's multiplayer open beta for Xbox 360 that begins on March 8th.

Blur is the latest title from Bizarre Creations, the studio behind the Project Gotham Racing series. However, Blur is a far cry from the realistic racing simulation that the Project Gotham series presented; instead, Blur incorporates some of the weaponry aspects of such titles as Wipeout for a more aggressive, arcade experience. There are real-world tracks and cars represented, although players will have the opportunity to attack other competitors with weapon power-ups.

Beta tokens are reportedly available via a number of competitions on various gaming websites.
