Fancy Call of Duty: Ghosts for US$10?

23 Aug 2013

Fancy Call of Duty: Ghosts for only US$10? That's the news announced by Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg at his latest press conference this week.

There is a catch however, as the offer is for a limited period only and only available for customers upgrading from the PS3 to the PS4 version.

“Today we are announcing that anyone who buys Call of Duty: Ghosts for the PS3 will be able to upgrade to Call of Duty: Ghosts for the PS4 for a limited time at a suggested retail price of just 10 dollars, 10 euros or 10 pounds," he said.

This has raised questions as to whether Activision are worried that current gen versions of the title may be slow to leave the shelves with a release date of November 5, as people debate on whether to wait for the next-gen consoles to launch on November 29.
