First Primal Carnage trailer released
Thu, 14th Oct 2010
FYI, this story is more than a year old

Here at Game Console, we're lucky enough to have a couple of writers on the team that are involved in the development of some exciting upcoming games. We've already covered Blood Drive, which Game Console writer Reagan Morris, senior animator at Sidhe, has been working on for quite some time now. Now it's time for your first look at Primal Carnage, a game developed by Lukewarm Media, which includes none other than Game Console's Hamish Bode.

"Primal Carnage is an FPS that gives the player the ability to play as both Humans and Dinosaurs in a fast-paced, team environment," said Bode. "It is currently being developed by Lukewarm Media; a non-funded team of guys from around the globe."

Game Console understands that, in Primal Carnage, the Human faction will play in first-person while the Dinosaurs will play in third-person. Other details are scarce at this early stage, but Bode mentioned that a closed beta is on the cards. The game is being developed on the Unreal Development Kit, and we should see some in-game footage in the not-too-distant future. In the meantime, take a look at this teaser trailer.
