Injustice 2 story trailer shows us the main villain and more

18 Jan 2017

Warner Bros. has released a new story trailer for Injustice 2 today. It shows us who the main villain will be and more. The main villain of the game appears to be Brainiac as he's calling all of the shots. This will pit Batman and Wonder Woman against both Superman and Supergirl. A lot of other characters will have their own agendas. One has to wonder what Brainiac's plan is. The story trailer also teases to us some new characters that are joining the roster in Injustice 2. This includes the likes of Damian Wayne, Poison Ivy and Bane just to name a few. More characters will be announced up until the release date in May. Aside from just the new trailer, it has also been confirmed who will be the pre-order bonus character. If you choose to pre-order the game, you will get access to Darkseid as a playable character. It is also mentioned at the end of the trailer that the game will have a Digital Deluxe Edition as well as an Ultimate Edition. There will be at least 9 DLC characters released in the future. Injustice 2 is out for the PS4 and Xbox One on May 16th, 2017.
