Microsoft arguably announced the biggest bombshell at Gamescom this week revealing to everyone Rise of the Tomb Raider is an Xbox One exclusive.

2013's Tomb Raider game was well received by many when it released for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. It was so great that Square Enix re-released the game on PS4 and Xbox One.

Rise of the Tomb Raider was first announced at E3 2014, although no platforms were revealed yet. Many assumed the game would come out for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. As it turns out though, the game is exclusive to Xbox.

To clarify this more, it's been revealed Rise of the Tomb Raider is totally exclusive to Xbox. The game is expected to be released for Xbox 360 too.

If you are a huge Tomb Raider fan, you might want to consider buying an Xbox One as it won't be available on any other platform.
