
Alienware unveils new range of advanced gaming monitors
Alienware has introduced a new range of gaming monitors, featuring six models, including the Alienware 27 4K QD-OLED Monitor, which has received recognition as a CES 2025 Innovation Award Honoree.
The company has expanded its QD-OLED monitor lineup with three additional models, bringing the total to five. Among these is the revamped Alienware 34 Ultra-Wide QD-OLED Monitor. This model now offers a faster 240Hz refresh rate, improved connectivity options with HDMI 2.1 FRL, and certification for G-SYNC Compatible alongside AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA AdaptiveSync. With its WQHD resolution and 1800R curvature, it aims to enhance immersive gaming and cinematic experiences.
Another addition is the Alienware 27 280Hz QD-OLED Monitor. This monitor combines QHD resolution with a 280Hz refresh rate, aiming to provide both vivid visual quality and smooth performance across various gaming genres.
The highly anticipated Alienware 27 4K QD-OLED Monitor, known for its exceptional pixel density of 166 PPI, is also now part of the lineup. This monitor aims to deliver visual clarity and speed, addressing gamer concerns about OLED burn-in with a three-year limited hardware warranty.
Extending its offerings further, Alienware has launched the Alienware 25 320Hz Monitor, designed for competitive gaming. This model features a refresh rate of 320Hz on a Fast IPS FHD panel, aiming to reduce input lag and deliver smooth visuals, catering to the demands of aspiring esports players.
Furthermore, Alienware has introduced three QHD gaming monitors at various price points to broaden accessibility. The Alienware 34 Gaming Monitor and Alienware 32 Gaming Monitor offer varying sizes and resolutions, with the latter providing a standard 16:9 aspect ratio. Meanwhile, the Alienware 27 Gaming Monitor caters to those preferring a more compact design. All models feature a 180Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time, aiming to deliver seamless gameplay without motion blur. Additionally, colour accuracy and high dynamic range are supported through features like DCI-P3 95% colour coverage and VESA DisplayHDR400 certification.
Alienware has also launched a new design language, AW30, which unifies its new monitor range. This design includes an "Interstellar Indigo" colour and 360-degree ventilation aimed at enhancing cooling and aesthetics. The compact base and better cable management aim to streamline desk organisation.
The introduction of these monitors signifies Alienware's efforts to cater to a wider range of gamers by offering new designs and features at different price points, while maintaining emphasis on high performance and cutting-edge technology.
