HyperX releases gaming hardware, peripherals for PC and PS4
Alienware's new line of Aurora Ryzen Edition desktops are now available to the public, and they come with a hidden 'superpower': HyperX FURY DDR4 memory kits that can support system builds of up to 64 gigabytes (GB).
HyperX FURY DDR4 memory includes Alienware-optimised overclocking profiles that offer a little bit more for gamers – namely extreme gaming performance and reliability.
"HyperX is excited to be the memory partner for Aurora gaming desktops," says a statement from HyperX.
"HyperX works closely with Alienware to create best of class products for gamers" said HyperX. "HyperX FURY works seamlessly with the new Aurora Ryzen gaming desktops to offer high-performance memory engineered for PC gamers.
"Our gaming community trusts Alienware to choose partners that innovate solutions to benefit them," adds Dell Technologies consumer and small business product group senior vice president, Ray Wah.
"HyperX delivers high-performance memory that our most diehard gamers can rely on, especially for the latest AAA memory-intensive PC game titles.
"We're proud to partner with HyperX to optimize the gaming experience in our new Aurora Ryzen Desktop Edition.
HyperX FURY DDR4 and HyperX FURY DDR4 RGB are now available through HyperX's network of retail and e-tail outlets.
But HyperX hasn't just been concentrating on PC hardware. The company recently released licensed gaming headsets for the PlayStation 4.
The HyperX Cloud Chat and HyperX Cloud Stinger gaming headsets are designed to deliver comfort, sound quality and convenience through the PS4.
"It is a very exciting time for HyperX as we expand our line-up with more officially licensed PlayStation 4 headsets to our console gamer base," says HyperX console business senior manager said Andrew Ewing.
"Our Cloud Chat headset allows gamers to enjoy their home theatre experience while communicating clearly with their friends. The Cloud Stinger is one of the best values in gaming and the newest version provides PlayStation 4 gamers with unmatched audio experience and comfort enabling them to perform at their best.
According to HyperX, the Cloud Chat headset is built with a 40mm driver for clear voice and chat audio, sporting a flexible noise-cancellation microphone, pop filter and in-line audio control to easily adjust volume and mute the mic. The Cloud Chat headset utilises a lightweight, single earcup and reversible design that can be worn comfortably on either ear.
The officially licensed Cloud Stinger headset utilises 50mm directional drivers to deliver high-quality sound with pinpoint audio precision and features an on-board volume slider and swivel-to-mute noise-cancellation microphone. The Cloud Stinger weighs 275 grams with earcups that rotate 90 degrees for an adaptive fit.
