Nowadays, every business must have information and data about their customers for better business results. In order to manage this in large volumes, Customer Data Platforms are both great analytical devices and powerful marketing tools.
CDPs are databases that can store and centralise first, second and third-party data. Data collected comes from the customers and is divided into several sources. CDP can collect primary data, interaction data and behavioural data.
