2degrees tops for customer satisfaction

Kiwis have confirmed their reputation for being happy to try something new, with 2degrees given the thumbs up for customer satisfaction in a new survey.

The survey, released to coincide with the launch of Canstar Blue which provides customer satisfaction ratings on a range of products and services, polled 2500 Kiwis on their satisfaction with mobile phone carriers. 2degrees topped all seven customer satisfaction categories including overall satisfaction, price, service, reliability of service, accessibility of the plan provider, plan availability and billing. The results netted 2degrees a five-star rating for customer service excellence from Canstar Blue.

TelstraClear came second in four of the seven categories, with Telecom and Vodafone ranking third and fourth respectively.

The survey also confirmed what many of us will already have suspected, with 23% of New Zealand women admitting to taking a sneaky peek at their partner’s mobile phone calls and texts, making them twice as likely as men to sneak a peek.Other findings included that 15% of us choose not to carry our mobile phones close to our body, for health reasons.
