Logitech launches lightweight Keys-To-Go 2 keyboard
Logitech has unveiled Keys-To-Go 2, an ultra-portable wireless keyboard aimed at users of tablets, mobile devices, and laptops. This new offering is designed to cater to the needs of mobile computing with its lightweight and slim design, making it easy to carry. It boasts a built-in cover to protect from damage or spills and is compatible with multiple operating systems, allowing users to transition effortlessly between different devices.
Joseph Mingori, general manager of mobile solutions and partnerships at Logitech, highlighted the significance of productivity in modern, fast-paced environments. "We understand the challenges that mobile professionals face and their desire to find solutions that allow them to carry less and do more from anywhere. Keys-To-Go 2 is a highly-personal device that creates an ideal workspace, wherever your workspace may be," he said.
The keyboard is available in two colour options, Lilac and Graphite. It features scissor keys, which are designed to provide a more comfortable and precise typing experience. Users can connect the keyboard via Bluetooth to up to three devices simultaneously and switch between them using the Easy-Switch keys. It is available in two layouts: a Universal layout that supports Android, ChromeOS, Windows, iPadOS, iOS, and MacOS, and a dedicated Apple layout for iPadOS, iOS, and macOS.
Logitech has also focused on sustainability in the design of Keys-To-Go 2. The plastic parts incorporate certified post-consumer recycled plastic, with 36% used for the Pale Grey and Graphite versions and 33% for the Lilac version. The aluminium used in the top case is produced using renewable energy, which reduces its carbon footprint. Additionally, the paper packaging is sourced from FSC-certified forests and other controlled sources.
The retail price for Keys-To-Go 2 is AUD $129.95 or NZD $149.95, and it will be available through Logitech's website and local retailers.
